SharePoint Storage Crisis Remediation
Perlman's SharePoint Online tenant reached 2.9 TB against a 2.3 TB quota — a storage overage driven by runaway versioning across document libraries. ManCom diagnosed the issue, reduced versioning limits from 500 to 100 versions across affected libraries, and executed a bulk cleanup using PnP PowerShell — reclaiming 550 GB of storage and bringing the tenant back within quota without impacting any live document workflows.
Device Lifecycle & Intune Modernization
ManCom implemented a standardized device lifecycle process for Perlman using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. Devices are enrolled, renamed to a consistent naming scheme (PERLMAN-7xx), and configured through automated provisioning — reducing setup time per device and ensuring consistent security baselines across the fleet. Certificate-based authentication was implemented for Graph API-driven device management tasks.
Autodesk Desktop Connector Deployment
ManCom scripted and deployed Autodesk Desktop Connector v17 across Perlman's fleet via Datto RMM, enabling reliable ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) integration for project teams using AutoCAD and Revit. Deployment scripts handle silent install, version targeting, and post-install validation — eliminating manual per-machine setup.
Hybrid Azure AD Join & SSO
To eliminate repeated MFA prompts when setting up new machines for users across Microsoft 365 apps, ManCom implemented Hybrid Azure AD Join across Perlman's domain-joined fleet. Combined with Seamless SSO and Conditional Access policies, users now authenticate once at Windows login — removing per-app MFA friction across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Autodesk workloads.
Ongoing Support
ManCom provides day-to-day IT support for Perlman's staff including AutoCAD/Revit troubleshooting, mailbox and calendar administration, Exchange Online mail flow, NVIDIA driver management for Revit/docking station configurations, and general end-user support across a mixed Windows/Mac environment.
